I'm guessing (praying) the rhinestones aren't OEM, but were GM in the business of rebadging Kei cars someplace? Or does someone just have a sense of humour.
It's got Chevrolet badged seat upholstery, too.
Spotted outside my apartment this morning.

Cheap, plastic shiny objects... Yep, that's a GM.

TL/DR Looks like a Suzuki Wagon R, sold as a Chevrolet in some parts.
My gut reaction - my understanding is GM Korea used to be Daewoo. GM bought it, nowadays they make Spark, Sonic and Orlando/Spin (and others) but there was a brief transitional period before those global products where GM just started shoving the bowtie on old Daewoos. Such as this Chevrolet Matiz, basically a rebadged Daewoo Matiz, which was the precursor to the Spark.
Didn't see anything that looked like your picture, though. Suzuki and Chevy had some dealings, didn't they? Weren't Tracker and Geo Metro Suzukis? Because that definitely looks like a Suzuki.
Oh, now that I've written all this I find the Suzuki I'm looking for (I'm from the US South, I have to google anything smaller than an Explorer). Looks a lot like a Wagon R, Wiki says they were sold as Chevrolets in Latin America. Can't find a picture with those specific headlights or grille, but looking at this picture they're definitely related.

Yes, it's a Wagon R, I'd got that far - we get a lot of used JDM imports in my neck of the woods, so I'm pretty good with Japanese obscurities. Just surprised to see it as a Chevy - and even more so as a RHD Chevy.
But a bit more googling gives me this . Apparently it's a for realz JDM Chevrolet badged version. Only in Japan....
